When the Museum of London Docklands were planning a special interactive display of East end history and culture, I was commissioned to signwrite the captions that head the display walls. Working closely with the designers and the museum, we were able to create a hand painted textured and distressed lettering solution in order add another dimention and that little extra ' life' to the planned display that hand signwriting offers so easily, and added interest and a heritage feel to the whole exhibition

The captions which head a more complex electronic and interactive exhibition depicting the varied history and culture of the East End of London, where hand painted following the designers brief directly to the structural unit within the Museum of London using brushes and techniques as old as the East End itself.
